Duthie Whyte Nominees Limited, a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of November 1992, it appointed Keith Norman Handley, accountant of Auckland, as receiver of the income from the property at Flat 5 and Garage 5, 164 Main Highway, Ellerslie, Auckland, owned by Riddell Group Limited under the powers contained in a memorandum of mortgage, dated the 19th day of December 1991 and registered in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland under No. C. 339219.15.
