Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block II, Maungatua Survey District—Clutha District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager,
Lands and Property, Dunedin, hereby declares that the land
described in the Schedule hereto, had been transferred to the
Crown by The Clutha District Council, pursuant to the said
section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land
shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act
1948.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District
Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information,
Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 18th day of
September 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of
the 24th day of September 1992, No. 154, at page 3213,
realigning road in Waitomo District by deleting “H. 977612.1”
from paragraph (d) (ii) and substituting “H. 773980A.9”.
