Revoking a Declaration Acquiring Land in Connection with Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, revokes the declaration, dated the 30th day of September 1992, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 8th day of October 1992, No. 161, page 3346, acquiring land in connection with soil conservation and river control purposes as shown marked “D” on S.O. Plan 58577, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981.

Land Set Apart for Road, Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity and Crown Land Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped and pursuant to section 52, set apart for the generation of electricity.

(b) Pursuant to section 52, the Crown land in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for the generation of electricity.

(c) Pursuant to section 52, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 shall form part of State Highway No. 8b.

(d) Pursuant to section 52, the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 shall form part of State Highway No. 6.

Road Realignment in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the Dunedin City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) The area marked ‘H’ shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title No. 264/108.

(ii) The areas marked ‘I’, ‘J’ and ‘L’ shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title No. A1/127 Limited.

(iii) The areas marked ‘K’ and ‘M’ shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title No. 416/68 Limited.

(iv) The areas marked ‘N’ and ‘O’ shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title No. 9B/1124 Limited.
