Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the river bed described firstly and secondly in the Schedule hereto and the reserve thirdly described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for soil conservation and river control purposes and vested in The Wellington Regional Council.

Amending Notices Reserving Land in the Wellington Land District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of December 1924 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 11th day of December 1924, page 2914, No. 81, and the notice dated the 16th day of February 1925 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 19th day of February 1925, page 567, No. 12, and the notice dated the 13th day of April 1925, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 16th day of April 1925, page 1070, No. 25, by amending the Schedules with the description of Section 5, Block VIII, Hawtrey Settlement.
