Jelley be removed from the Register of Psychiatric Nurses and council declined to fix a time after which he may apply to have his name restored to the register. Council also ordered that he return all certificates and badges issued to him by the Nursing Council; that he pay $1,500.00 or actual costs incurred (whichever is the lesser) towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the council; that a notice stating the effect of these orders be published in the Gazette, and the New Zealand Nursing Journal.
