Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963

Auckland Regional Council—Special Order—Transport Loan No. 24 1992 for $8,300,000.00

The following special order passed at a special meeting of The Auckland Regional Council held on 31 August 1992, and confirmed at a special meeting of the said council held on 6 October 1992, having meantime been advertised in the New Zealand Herald on 2 September 1992 and 26 September 1992:

That The Auckland Regional Council in exercise of the powers vested in it by The Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 56, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, does hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of eight million three hundred thousand dollars ($8,300,000) as a special loan to be known as 1992 Transport Loan...

The common seal of The Auckland Regional Council was hereto affixed in the presence of the chairperson and acting general secretary on 23 October 1992.
