Declaring Road to be Stopped and Land Set Apart for Accessway in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(i) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped and added to the land in the Second Schedule hereto held by The Dunedin City Council for an accessway.

(ii) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for an accessway and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 12th day of November 1992.
