Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be vested in Barry William Clewett of Taupaki, farmer and Kaye Clewett, his wife, subject to all encumbrances registered on certificate of title 58D/773, on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated 2 July 1992, published in New Zealand Gazette, 9 July 1992, No. 105, page 2391 (In6173) under the heading realignment of Te Onepu Road Hawke’s Bay District by deleting the reference to “certificate of title A3/623 in declaration (b) (v) and declaration (c) (v)” and substituting “certificate of title A3/632” therefor.
