Pursuant to section 26 (3) (b) and (c) of the Broadcasting Act 1989, Her Excellency the Governor-General, on the 28th day of October 1992, appointed the following persons to the Broadcasting Standards Authority for a period of 16 months from the 1st day of November 1992:

The Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 4) 1992

Pursuant to section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following notice.

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 4) 1992.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1993.

2. Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended—The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff Items 1107.10.00, 1107.20.00, 1901.90.09, 2903.14.00, 2903.40.00, 4015.19.09, and 6902.20.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this notice.

3. Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended—The Tariff is hereby further amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 2903.30.00 09.1, 6902.90.01 02C, 6902.90.01 11B, 6902.90.09 31G, 6901.90.01 39B, 6902.90.09 03B, 6902.90.09 11C, 6902.90.09 21L, 6902.90.09 29F, and 8471.92.00 19B, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this notice.
