Revocation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (public hall) reserve, over the land specified in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Marlborough District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Amendment to a Notice Declaring Land Shall be Classified as Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, hereby amends an error in the notice dated 31 August 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 145, page 3058, by omitting from the notice the word “Tasman” and inserting in its place the word “Marlborough”.

Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in The Southland District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, acting under a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby classifies the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (conservation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act and vests the said reserve in The Southland District Council in trust for that purpose.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1992, No. 8.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
