The Traffic (Nelson City) Notice No. 2, 1992
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Nelson City) Notice No. 2, 1992.
The road specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
So much of the Traffic (Nelson City) Notice No. 1, 1992, signed on the 16th day of July 1992*, which relates to the road in the Schedule below issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.
First Schedule
Situated within Nelson City:
Cable Bay Road: from the Cable Bay Boulder Bank ford to a point 1250 metres measured south and south-easterly generally, along Cable Bay Road, from the said ford.

Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990
Exemption from the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990
Pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, I, Hugh Cameron Matheson, Senior Automotive Engineer, hereby exempt vehicles of classes TA and TB from the provisions of the said Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations for the period 1 January 1992 to 31 December 1994 inclusive, and I hereby revoke the Gazette notice listed in the Schedule hereto, which notice cited 31 December 1993 as the termination date of the exemption similarly conferred.
