as the deputy chairperson of the Kapiti/Horowhenua Business Development Board for the period commencing on the date of this notice and expiring with the close of the 31st day of January 1994.

Temporary Lieutenant Colonel J. A. Tymkin, N.Z.C.E.(CIVIL), DIP.BUS.STUDIES, to be Lieutenant Colonel with seniority from 1 December 1991 and effect from 21 July 1992.

Acting Major R. P. Cassidy relinquishes his acting rank with effect from 11 December 1991; to be temporary Major with effect from 12 June 1992.

Captain Colin Douglas Birch is transferred to the Army Reserve, General List of Officers, with effect from 16 May 1992.
