Sittings will commence at 10 a.m. daily during the periods stated (except on public holidays and during vacations).

Order for Striking Off Practitioners Name
In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982:
Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of July 1992, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
-
That the name of the practitioner Peter Rintoul Bell, be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand.

That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $621.00 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by this Tribunal.

That the practitioner pay to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $14,452.00 towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by that Society.
-
That publication be prohibited of verbal submissions made by Mr S. C. Ennor until such time as criminal charges against the practitioner have been disposed of in the appropriate jurisdiction.
