Road Realignment (State Highway No. 38) in Whakatane District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that areas “K”, “L” and “Q”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 58676, Section 3, S.O. 58677 and Section 4, S.O. 58678 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27D/430, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 167180.4 and memorandum of lease H. 706048, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares the piece of stopped road firstly described, now known as Section 3, S.O. 57026, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 121, folio 126, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 382098, H. 143272.1 and H. 019969, South Auckland Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 57026, the piece of stopped road thirdly described and the land taken, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 57026, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1404, folio 69, South Auckland Land Registry.
