Pursuant to paragraph 48 (2) (e) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and under powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport in an instrument of delegation dated the 1st day of October 1991; I Warren Richard Gillespie Simeon, Controller, Road User Standards, hereby approve the following courses and organisations for the purposes of paragraph (1) (a) of the Transport Act 1962:

Terry Hall Hazardous Substances Course conducted by Terry Hall as organisation.
