to be members of the Motor Vehicle Salesmen Registration Authority for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof.

Transport Act 1962
The Traffic (Hamilton City) Notice No. 2, 1992
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, John Paul Edgar, Senior Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hamilton City) Notice No. 2, 1992.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Hamilton City) Notice No. 1, 1992, signed on the 6th day of July 1992*, and the Traffic (Hamilton City and Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1989, signed on the 7th day of August 1989β , issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, are revoked.
First Schedule
Situated within Hamilton City:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from the northern boundary of Hamilton City to Rotokauri Road; and from a point 160 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said State highway from Killarney Road to Alison Street; and from a point 60 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Lorne Street to a point 150 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Howell Avenue; and from Riverlea Road to the eastern boundary of Hamilton City.
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from Resthill Crescent to the southern boundary of Hamilton City.
No. 23 State Highway (Hamilton-Raglan): from a point 60 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Newcastle Road to the western boundary of Hamilton City.
No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu): from the eastern boundary of Hamilton City to a point 140 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Berkley Avenue.

Cate Road.
Church Road: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 50 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along Church Road from Balmerino Crescent.
Cobham Drive: from a point 60 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along Cobham Drive from Anglesea Street to No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).
Crosby Road: from a point 500 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Crosby Road from Sussex Street to Tramway Road.
Dixon Road: from Waterford Road to its south-eastern end.
