Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that the portions of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2D/1105, subject to memoranda of mortgages 319753.5 and 319753.6.
