Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that area “D” now known as Section 3, S.O. 59252, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 678, folio 110, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 173440.4 and H. 173440.5, and to caveat H. 776957, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of April 1990, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 May 1990, No. 68, page 1510 realigning road in Rotorua District by deleting all reference to Court Order H. 180467.1 and substituting “Court Order B. 023470.2”.
