Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road—Ashburton District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Ashburton District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.
