Conservation Act 1987

Amendment to a Notice Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice declaring land to be held for conservation purposes dated 19 April 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 May 1991, by omitting from the Schedule of the notice ‘all certificate of title 3D/919 (leasehold), S.O. 6046’.

Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Department of Conservation, Wanganui, hereby cancels the vesting of the control and management in The Ruapehu District Council of that part of the Taumarunui and Rangaroa recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Christchurch City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account.

100 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 13, D.P. 19561. All certificate of title 33B/68.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of The Clutha District Council to control and manage that part of the Tapanui Domain described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Napier City Council on the 29th day of July 1992:

That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Napier City Council resolves that the pieces of land held by the city in fee simple and described in the Schedule, are declared to be recreation reserves.

1.1257 hectares, more or less, being Lots 3 and 6, D.P. 22314, situated in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District. Located in Napier V21/147.19. All certificates of title P1/1336 and P1/1337. Subject to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1908, created by Order in Council 3160.
