Road Realignment in Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “B”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59092, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 781, folio 135, South Auckland Land Registry,

(ii) Areas “C” and “D”, now known as Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 59092 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 41D/809, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 094457.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of June 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 June 1992, No. 86, at page 1981, by deleting the First and Second Schedules therein and substituting the following:
