Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 2) in Whakatane District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that the said pieces of stopped road, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 57418, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27A/1454, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 600829.2 and H. 366587.5 and to encumbrance H. 988758.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
