Road Stopped and Easements to be Acquired in Upper Hutt City

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped and vested in the Crown for Defence purposes, subject to a gas easement in gross in favour of the Energy Direct Corporation as firstly and secondly easement in gross described in the Second Schedule hereto, an electricity easement in gross in favour of the Energy Direct Corporation as thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto, and a sewerage drainage easement in favour of Part 1, D.P. 25951, certificate of title C/3/1061, as fourthly described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All that piece of land containing 9190 square metres adjoining or passing through part Sections 99, 103, 624, 100, 936 and 977, Hutt District: shown marked “A” on S.O. 36748.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed and Amalgamated in Blocks VIII and XI, Puketoi Survey District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington.

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Tararua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares:

(i) The road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title No. 41A/469, subject to mortgages 515228.6, 515228.8, 534966.2, 909447.3 and B. 028359.2.

(ii) The road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title No. 22C/824, subject to mortgages 515228.6, 515228.8, 534966.2, 909447.3 and B. 028359.2.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to be severance and amalgamated with certificate of title No. 22C/824, subject to mortgages 515228.6, 515228.8, 534966.2, 909447.3 and B. 028359.2.

Land Acquired for Education Purposes (Workshop), Leach Street, New Plymouth

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for education purposes (workshop) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
