Levy on Pigs Slaughtered on Licensed Premises 1992/93

Pursuant to section 30 (3) of the Pork Industry Board Act 1982, notice is hereby given that the levy on pigs slaughtered on licensed premises as from and including the 1st day of October 1992, shall be $4.9725 (inclusive of GST), being $1.935 for administration, $2.970 for marketing and $0.0675 for the Aujeszky’s disease scheme.

Conservation

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Scenic Reserve for Addition into the Maungatua Range Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land, hereby jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of the latter Act and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Maungatua Range Scenic Reserve.

Otago Land District—Dunedin City

25.2524 hectares, more or less, being Section 3, Block VIII, Maungatua Survey District. S.O. Plan 1079.

Amendment to Notices Relating to Conservation Land

Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby amends errors in the notices declaring land to be held for conservation purposes, dated 20 December 1990 and 2 September 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31 January 1991 and 3 October 1991 respectively, by omitting from the Schedule of the former notice “64.7497 hectares” and inserting in its place “64.7027 hectares”, and further by omitting from the Schedule of the latter notice “168.3492 hectares” and inserting in its place “167.3821 hectares”.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Ministry of Maori Development, hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1992, No. 12.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
