Conservation Act 1987

Definitions of Fish and Game Regions Boundaries Notice 1990, Amendment No. 2

Pursuant to section 26A (1) (c) (i) of the Conservation Act 1987 (as inserted by section 17 of the Conservation Law Reform Act 1990), I, Denis Marshall, Minister of Conservation, hereby amend the 1990 notice titled “Definitions of Fish and Game Boundaries”, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 May 1990, on page 1861.

1. The title of the notice titled “Definitions of Fish and Game Boundaries” is amended to read as the “Definitions of Fish and Game Regions Boundaries Notice 1990”.

2. This amending notice may be cited as the Definitions of Fish and Game Regions Boundaries Notice 1990, Amendment No. 2 and it shall be read together with and deemed part of the Definitions of Fish and Game Regions Boundaries Notice 1990 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal notice”).

3. This amending notice shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1992.

4. Paragraph 8, in the principal notice defining the North Canterbury Fish and Game Region is amended by deleting the reference to: S.O. Plan 18341 and substituting the following reference: “S.O. Plan 18900”.

5. Paragraph 9, in the principal notice defining the Central South Island Fish and Game Region, (previously named South Canterbury Fish and Game Region in paragraph nine of the principal notice but renamed by the amending notice “Name Changes for Fish and Game Regions” published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 29 August 1991, No. 129 on page 2786) is amended by deleting the reference to S.O. Plan 18342 and substituting the following reference: “S.O. Plan 18901”.

6. Explanatory Note: The common boundaries of the North Canterbury Fish and Game Region, and the Central South Island Fish and Game Region are altered in accordance with new S.O. Plans 18900 and 18901 which place Lake Heron and the major part of the Lake Stream (from the vicinity of Downs Hut) within the Central South Island Fish and Game Region.

The Wainuiomata School Board of Trustees Notice

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 August 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Heni Tauwai Hawkins in respect of Ngarongotoa Te Kohanga Reo, 1 Solander Street, Gisborne.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
