Change of Class of Flaxmere Intermediate

Pursuant to section 153 (1) (b) of the Education Act 1989 (as inserted by section 14 of the Education Amendment Act 1989), I hereby declare that Flaxmere Intermediate will be a composite school (F1-7) on the 1st day of January 1993 and cease to be an intermediate school on that day.

This notice revokes and replaces the notice entitled Change of Class of Flaxmere Intermediate published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 August 1992 (No. 127, page 2768).
