Education Act 1989

The Wainuiomata School Board of Trustees Election Invalidation Notice

Pursuant to clause 9(3)(b) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting under authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby invalidate the election of parent representatives, which closed on 4 July 1992, for the board of trustees of Wainuiomata School, Wellington.

This action is being taken because there has occurred in connection with the election, an irregularity (which was beyond the control of the returning officer or the board), that I think could materially have affected the result of the election.
