Buildings of the General Government Declared to be a Scenic Reserve and Vested in The Porirua City Council

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart as a scenic reserve and vests the reserve in the mayor, councillors and citizens of the City of Porirua, in trust, for that purpose.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.
