Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to a right of way easement granted by transfer 525479 and appurtenant to a right of way easement by transfer 525479, for purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
