Amending a Notice Realigning Road (State Highway No. 25) in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of May 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 June 1992, No. 81, at page 1572, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District, by amending the area secondly described in the First Schedule from “173 m²” to “184 m²”.

Land and an Easement Over Land in Thames-Coromandel District Acquired for Sewage Treatment Purposes and for Local Purpose Reserves (Refuse Transfer Station and Fire Station)

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule hereto and a right of way easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, on the terms and conditions contained or implied in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to be held appurtenant in perpetuity, to the land described in the First Schedule, are hereby acquired for sewage treatment purposes, and

(b) The land firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve (refuse transfer station) and the land secondly and thirdly described in the said Third Schedule is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve (fire station),

and further declares that the land in the said First and Third Schedules, together with the easement, shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
