Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, amends the notice dated the 20th day of July 1992, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 July 1992, No. 114, page 2534 by amending “Nature Reserve” to read “Recreation Reserve”.
