Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 12) in the Kaipara District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 12 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Auckland City

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Auckland City Council; and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the said First Schedule to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

Corrigendum

Realignment of Faulknor Lane—City of Napier

In the notice headed “Realignment of Faulknor Land—City of Napier” dated 21 July 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 July 1990, No. 114 at page 2533, omit from the heading, the second line of the Declaration marked (a) and the third line of the Declaration marked (b) the word “land” which reference appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Lands and insert the word “lane” in substitution therefor.

Declaring Land for Road, Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed and Amalgamated

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington.

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and shall vest in The Tararua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares:

(i) the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title No. 100/21, subject to mortgages 799522.2 and B. 134810.1.

(ii) the road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title, No. 588/163, subject to mortgage 460448.6 and reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

(iii) the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title No. 34B/973, subject to section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3
