Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Hauraki District Council.
