Acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Immigration, Her Excellency the Governor-General has appointed
Allan Robert Mackey, consultant of Auckland, and
Raymond Bruce Squire, barrister of Wellington
each to be members of the Residence Appeal Authority and the Removal Review Authority under sections 18B and 63 of the Immigration Act 1987 for terms of 2 years and 6 months, commencing on the 1st day of July 1992.

Cancelled or Reissued Certificates of Exemption
This special issue of cancelled or reissued certificates, has been printed as the result of an error that was identified within an Interest PAYE programme. The error resulted in the incorrect information being printed in the Gazette, between December 1989 and March 1992.
The special issue lists cancelled or reissued certificates for the periods December 1989 to March 1992, inclusive.
The report lists all cancelled and reissued certificates of exemption, in a particular quarter. This does not include:
- Certificates cancelled and reissued within the same quarter.
- Certificates issued and cancelled within the same quarter.
- Certificates issued, lost and reissued in the same quarter.
