Apollo Building Associates Society Limited

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Companies Act 1955

The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, with reference to Apollo Building Associates Society Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of July 1992, the bank appointed Peter Ross McLean and Stuart Raymond Cann, chartered accountants, Beatlie Rickman, corner of Bryce and Anglesea Streets, Hamilton, jointly and severally, as receivers and managers of the property of this society under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 18th day of February 1981.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the society’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Retraction Notice on Winding Up of a Company

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Onstream Systems Limited and Beagle Holdings Limited:

On the 8th day of July 1992, Onstream Systems Limited placed an advertisement for the winding up of Beagle Holdings Limited in the New Zealand Gazette. This was placed in error as Beagle Holdings Limited had paid in full the amount claimed prior to the placement of the advertisement. Further, Onstream Systems Limited has no cause to believe that Beagle Holdings Limited cannot pay its debts.
