Realignment of Faulkner Land—City of Napier

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier;

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land in the First Schedule to be service land vested in The Napier City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule and the service land thirdly described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title D3/951.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) and incorporated in certificate of title D3/951.
