Notice of Approval of a Code of Practice Under the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981
Pursuant to section 51 (3) of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice that he has approved the βCode of Practice for the Safe Use of Timber Preservativesβ.

Unclaimed Monies
Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed monies held by him for 1992 have been filed with the Registrars of the Maori Land Court at:
Whangarei, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Hastings, Christchurch, Wellington; also at the District Offices of the Ministry of Maori Development at: Auckland; and at the Head Office of the Ministry of Maori Development at Wellington.
Lists are also located at the sub-offices of the Ministry of Maori Development where they may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

Transport Act 1962
The Traffic (Far North District) Notice No. 2, 1992
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller, Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Far North District) Notice No. 2, 1992.
The area specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Kaikohe Borough and Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1984, signed on the 16th day of November 1984*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.
First Schedule
Situated within Far North District at Kaikohe:
All that area with the exception of the roads mentioned in the Second Schedule bounded by a line commencing on the southern side of Rangihama Road at its junction with Taheke Road; thence easterly, generally, along the southern side of the said road to Thorpe Road; thence across Thorpe Road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence north-easterly, generally, to a point on the western side of Mangakahia Road 150 metres measured southerly, generally, from Carey Road; thence across Mangakahia Road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence due east to the Wairoro Stream; thence northerly, generally, along the said stream to Guy Road; thence southerly, generally, to a point on Guy Road opposite the northern side of Reservoir Road at its junction with Guy Road; thence across Guy Road at right angles from its south-eastern side to its north-western side; thence north-westerly, generally, along Reservoir Road to a point 200 metres from Guy Road; thence across Reservoir Road at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence westerly, generally, to the northern termination of Ormand Street; thence to a point on the eastern side of Omapere Road 50 metres measured northerly, generally, from Williams Avenue; thence across Omapere Road at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence northerly, generally, along the said side of the said road a distance of 500 metres; thence due west 500 metres; thence due south 2000 metres; thence north-easterly, generally, to a point on Taheke Road opposite the commencing point; thence to the said point.
Second Schedule
Situated within Far North District at Kaikohe:
Taheke Road: from a point 400 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along Taheke Road from Station Road to a point 50 metres measured southerly, generally, along Taheke Road from Rangihama Road.
Guy Road: from a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, along Guy Road from Reservoir Road to a point 300 metres measured northerly, generally, along Guy Road from Reservoir Road.
