Pursuant to section 2A of the Telecommunications Act 1987, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Communications, hereby makes the following order.

Order

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Telecommunications Network Operator (Trans Power New Zealand Limited) Order 1992.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of August 1992.

2. Trans Power New Zealand Limited to be the network operator—It is hereby declared that Trans Power New Zealand Limited is a network operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications Act 1987.

Dissolution of Otira School Board

Pursuant to section 106 (1) (c) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education under section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, I hereby dissolve the Board of Otira School and appoint Lyall Barry as Commissioner to act in its place. This notice is to take effect from the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
