Pursuant to section 2A of the Telecommunications Act 1987, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Communications, hereby makes the following order.

Order

  1. Title and commencementβ€”(1) This order may be cited as the Telecommunications Network Operator (Trans Power New Zealand Limited) Order 1992.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of August 1992.

  1. Trans Power New Zealand Limited to be the network operatorβ€”It is hereby declared that Trans Power New Zealand Limited is a network operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications Act 1987.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 24 August 1992, declares that Trans Power New Zealand Limited is a network operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications Act 1987.

Dissolution of Otira School Board

Pursuant to section 106 (1) (c) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education under section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, I hereby dissolve the Board of Otira School and appoint Lyall Barry as Commissioner to act in its place. This notice is to take effect from the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated the 6th day of January 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Lorraine Beldham in respect of Otaki Rindi and Care 1992, Te Manuao Road, Otaki.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated the 5th day of November 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Hoone Kingi Heke in respect of Te Timatanga Kohanga Reo O Te Kuiti, 5 Ailsa Street, Te Kuiti.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
