Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to a Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice dated the 26th day of May 1992, entitled Classification and Vesting of Reserve and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 June 1992, No. 81, page 1568, by deleting the Schedule and inserting in its place the following Schedule.

Wellington Land District—Tararua District

1.6397 hectares, more or less, being part Section 14, Block III, Mount Ceberus Survey District. All certificate of title 34C/529.

Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage Part of a Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated) to control and manage that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, revokes the reservation as a local purpose (centre for the intellectually handicapped) reserve, over that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (pedestrian access) reserve, and further, classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (road) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
