Dunedin Civic Arts Council—Change of Name

Pursuant to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Southern Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates Dunedin Community Arts Council. The area served by the Dunedin Community Arts Council covers the local authority boundaries of Dunedin City excluding any areas in which another community arts council may operate.

This notice revokes the previous notice headed “Establishment of Dunedin Civic Arts Council” which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette No. 114, page 3021 of 8 December 1975.

Burial and Cremation Act 1964

Closure of St. John’s Cemetery Invercargill

Pursuant to section 41 (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Simon Upton, Minister of Health, hereby direct that the cemetery, being the land particularly described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the St. John’s Cemetery, Invercargill, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued from 15 February 1993.

2.023 hectares more or less, situate in the City of Invercargill, being Section 191, Block XV, Invercargill Hundred.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Peter Chanel School, Te Rapa.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 16th day of June 1992. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, Civic House, 86 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.
