Road Realignment in Thames Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council,

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken,

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:
(i) Area “C”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 52732, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 222, folio 284, South Auckland Land Registry.
(ii) Areas “A”, “B”, “D”, “E”, “F”, “K” and “L”, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 52732, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 796, folio 139, South Auckland Land Registry.
