Auckland Regional Council

Local Authorities Loans Act 1956

Special Order
That the Auckland Regional Council in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 45 and is pursuance of the Authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf does hereby resolve to borrow the sum of three million seven hundred thousand dollars ($3,700,000.00) for the purposes of purchasing electronic ticketing machines for the bus fleet.

The foregoing Special Order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Council held on the 20th day of May 1991 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said regional council held on the 17th day of June 1991, having meantime been advertised in the New Zealand Herald on the 31st day of May 1991 and the 10th day of June 1991.

The common seal of the Auckland Regional Council was hereto affixed in the presence of the chairperson and secretary.

Special Order
That the Auckland Regional Council in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 45 and is pursuance of the Authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf does hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000.00) for the purposes of purchasing buses in the 1990/91 bus fleet replacement programme.

The foregoing Special Order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Council held on the 20th day of May 1991 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said regional council held on the 17th day of June 1991, having meantime been advertised in the New Zealand Herald on the 4th day of June 1991 and the 10th day of June 1991.

The common seal of the Auckland Regional Council was hereto affixed in the presence of the chairperson and secretary.
