Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a school site for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Uenukukopako.

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Rangiwaho tribe.

m² 4294.8 Whareongaonga 4 and being all the land contained in vesting order on consolidation dated 20 February 1970.

Area Being
m² 9879 Part of Lot 1, on Deposited Plan 4041, and being part of Section 4B, as contained in certificate of title F3/273, Taranaki Registry.

Including Land in a Maori Reservation
Whereas by notices in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 June 1947, No. 35, page 782 and 15 June 1989, No. 102, page 2614, the lands described in the First Schedule is hereto were set apart as Maori Reservations for the purpose of a meeting place and marae for the common use of the Ngatimaru Tribe, and whereas it is now desired to extend the reservation to include the land desribed in the Second Schedule hereto; now therefore, pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, it is hereby declared that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby included in the foresaid Maori Reservation.

Taranaki Land District
All that piece of land situated in Block III, Huiroa Survey District and described as follows:
Area Being
ha 7.2843 Section 4, known as Pukehou, and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 17, folio 56 (Taranaki Registry),
6.8796 Kerikeringa 5A2, being all the land in a partition order of the Maori Land Court made the 21st day of August 1930.
