HER EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 24 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, Her Excellency, the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

Order

Title—This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme: Section 3.1) Order 1991.
Section 3.1 of the Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme approved—Section 3.1, (Land and Water (North Canterbury)), of the Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Canterbury Regional Council in 1990 and held in the Office of the Secretary for the Environment in Wellington under reference No. TP 150/8/0/3 is hereby approved.
Commencement of Section 3.1 of the Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme—Section 3.1 of the Canterbury Regional Planning Scheme, as approved by clause 2 of this order, shall come into force on the 15th day of July 1991.

has been appointed to the position of the Presiding Member, Lottery Community Facilities Distribution Committee of the New Zealand Lottery Grants Board (vice Sir Ross Jansen) for a term commencing on the 8th day of June 1991 and expiring on the 16th day of September 1993.

The Tribunal will make these publications available to Mr Hassall for use in the article he is writing on body decorating and piercing. Once Mr Hassall has completed writing his article he is directed to return these publications to the Tribunal.
