Interests in Land in Waikato District Acquired for Coal Mining Operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the undivided one-fifteenth share held by Tirau Rore Paki and the undivided one-fifteen share held by Hone Karena in the land described in the Schedule hereto are hereby acquired, subject to the mining rights created in and by conveyances 221823 (R211/214) and 221832 (R210/338), and by transfer 321847, to the grant created in and by transfer 320172, to the fencing agreement in transfer 321847, to compensation certificates H. 511120, H. 511121, H. 528247, H. 541744 and H. 576442, and to notice H. 586729, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
