Land Acquired for Road in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and shall vest in the Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Road Stopped and Vested in Hauraki District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares:

(i) the piece of stopped road firstly described in the Schedule hereto now known as Section 1, S.O. 58730 shall be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 56, folio 62.

(ii) the piece of stopped road secondly described in the Schedule hereto now known as Section 2, S.O. 58730 shall be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 198, folio 11.

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that areas “A” and “D”, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 53162 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7D/391, South Auckland Land Registry.
