Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a declaration from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the corrigendum, dated the 15th day of October 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 25th day of October 1990, No. 176 at page 4029, correcting a declaration for land taken for road and for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road by omitting reference to the following:

‘(GN 316476/1)’ and inserting ‘(GN 316475/1)’.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped, Wainui Deviation, State Highway 5, Gisborne

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Crown and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, such road forms part of State Highway 5.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
