Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (water pump) reserve, over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be leased or sold by The Waimakariri District Council on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such leasing or sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account.

Canterbury Land District—Waimakariri District

63 square metres, more or less, being Lot 9, Deposited Plan 432228, situated in Block VI, Rangiora Survey District. Local purpose reserve under Section 306 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification and Vesting of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Wellington Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules hereto as historic reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, vests the reserve in the Second Schedule in The Wellington City Council in trust for historic purposes.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the General Manager, Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1990, No. 18.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
