Notice Declaring Bush Groundsel (Baccharis halimifolia) a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 5084; Ag. 1570-03-3)

Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares bush groundsel (Baccharis halimifolia) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Canterbury Regional Council Noxious Plants Authority.

This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.

Radio Regulations 1987
Radio Regulations (Modification of Maritime Mobile Radio Licences) Notice 1991
Pursuant to regulation 15 (b) of the Radio Regulations 1987 (the Regulations”), I, Hunter Macandrew Donaldson, General Manager (Communications), Ministry of Commerce, acting under delegated authority, hereby give the following notice:
- Short Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Radio Regulations [Modification of Maritime Mobile Radio Licences] Notice 1991.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1991.
- Modification of terms, conditions and restrictions applying to Coast Radio Station Licences, and Ship Radio Apparatus Licences and Maritime Mobile (Ship) Radio Apparatus Licences—The terms, conditions and restrictions applying to—
(a) Coast Radio Station Licences granted under the Radio Regulations 1970, before the close of the 31st day of December 1987; and
(b) Maritime (Coast) Radio Apparatus Licences granted under the Regulations on or after the 1st day of January 1988; and
(c) Ship Radio Station Licences granted under the Radio Regulations 1970, before the close of the 31st day of December 1987; and
(d) Maritime Mobile (Ship) Radio Apparatus Licences granted under the Regulations on or after the 1st day of January 1988
immediately before the commencement of this notice as substituted by the Radio Regulations (Modifications of Radio Apparatus Licences) Notice 1988, dated 13 December 1988 and published in the Gazette of Thursday, 15 December 1988, Issue 219 at page 5474, are hereby modified by—
(i) omitting the frequencies listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to this notice, and substituting in each case the frequency listed in Column 2 of that Schedule; and
(ii) Including in all such licences the following condition:
“Ships authorised to operate on other maritime frequencies in the range 4.26 MHz shall be required to conform with the frequency tables contained in Appendices 16, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35 of the International Radio Regulations (Edition of 1990).

I, Denis William Anson Marshall, Minister of Conservation, pursuant to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve the Christchurch City Council Bylaw No. 120C (1990)—Estuary and Foreshore, as made by special order passed at an ordinary meeting of the Christchurch City Council held on the 23rd day of July 1990, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting held on the 27th day of August 1990, and approved by the Minister of Transport on the 6th day of September 1990.
