Omarama Televiewers Society Incorporated

Notice of Disposal of Assets

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Whereas the Omarama Televiewers Society Incorporated was dissolved, pursuant to section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 on 24 April 1991, and whereas after payment of all known costs, debts and liabilities, the society has surplus assets which cannot be disposed of in accordance with its rules, and whereas, pursuant to section 27 (1) and (3) of the said Act, the Registrar has power to direct the disposal of such assets and to give further directions.

Now therefore, I, Susan Kay Scott, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies do hereby direct that such assets be disposed of to the Omarama Primary School.

Proposed Release of Deposit

Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953

Lumley Finance (NZ) Ltd. (herein called “the company”) has given notice to the Public Trustee that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 19 of the Insurance Companies Deposits Act 1953 (herein called “the Act”) the deposit which has been made by it with the Public Trustee.

The Public Trustee therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19 (3) of the Act, that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for he proposes to release to the company, on or after 22 August 1991, the amount deposited with him by the company.

Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with the District Public Trustee at the Public Trust Office, 117–129 Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before 20 June 1991.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 56 of the Partnership Act 1908 of the formation of a special partnership under the name of Andy Easton and Company on 14 May 1991.

The business carried on by the partnership is that of an orchid breeder carrying on business at Tikitere, Rotorua.

The term of the partnership is for seven (7) years from 14 May 1991 to 13 May 1998.

The capital of the partnership is four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000).

The general partner is Andrew William Easton of 14 Jackson Street, Rotorua, whose capital contribution is two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000).

The special partners are Alan Patterson-Kane of 22 Carlton Street, Rotorua.
